The rules and conditions for using Strainge Drift Command.

Strainge Drift Command is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of CarX Technologies or the publishers of supported games. All trademarks, logos, game names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strainge Drift Command ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Strainge Drift Command is a drift tuning, specification & competition platform for CarX Drift Racing Online and CarX Drift Racing Online 2 Early Access. The Platform provides tools for garage management, tune creation and migration, event hosting, community discussion, and service requests.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post hate speech, NSFW content, or discriminatory material
  • Share personal information (doxxing) of any person
  • Post spam, scam links, or malicious URLs
  • Promote cheating, exploits, or unfair advantages in CarX games
  • Impersonate other users, staff, or community members
  • Attempt to access admin or moderation tools without authorization
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Platform without permission

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (tunes, cars, posts, comments, submissions). By posting content, you grant the Platform a license to display and moderate it. You are responsible for the accuracy of tuning data you submit. Inaccurate or misleading data may be flagged or removed by moderators.

6. Moderation

The Platform enforces community rules through automated filtering and human moderation. Moderators may warn, mute, suspend, or ban users who violate rules. All moderation actions are reviewed internally and are not made public.

7. Services and Monetization

The Platform offers optional services including tune reviews, coaching, certification, and event management. These services are request-based and subject to availability. Pricing and turnaround times are displayed on service pages. The Platform does not guarantee service availability or outcomes.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request data export or account deletion through account settings. Email addresses are never displayed publicly.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by CarX Technologies. CarX Drift Racing Online and CarX Drift Racing Online 2 are trademarks of their respective owners. Game data is community-sourced and may not reflect exact in-game values. Always verify critical tuning data in-game.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the Platform.
